GoCo: Recent Reviews

Incapable platform

I came over to GoCo from Trinet when Trinet raised their prices and they teamed together. The first month of my contract with them I was elated at how well their system worked. However, as soon as Intuit took over their platform failed on many levels. Things that worked brilliantly no longer did, their server can’t keep up with all their new clients and they are incompetent with fixing support tickets within a timely fashion, and sometimes not at all. I have had numerous complaints for months and now all they want to do it rid themselves of me because that’s the easier route that actually working on their faults. They termed my contract before renewal. They are also a huge HIPAA safety problem. They have said multiple times that I have done things in their system that I haven’t – on days I wasn’t even working/signed in. They are a huge NO for me.
