The ease of use of a platform that could be complicated but instead has a user interface that’s easy to use

CONS

It was great for what I needed. Nice perks would be: 1) more free add-ons etc. though I get it that they have to make money somehow. 2) a CRM that’s designed for keeping track of donations etc. basically donor management
